Before you create
What image formats can I upload?
JPG, JPEG, PNG and WEBP, up to 20 MB. A clear, well-lit photo gives the best result.
What size should I choose?
8" x 12" (20 x 30 cm) suits a desk or shelf, 16" x 24" (40 x 60 cm) is a statement piece for most walls, and 20" x 30" (50 x 75 cm) works above a sofa or bed.
Can I use a photo from my phone?
Yes. Recent phone photos usually have enough resolution for every size. Use the original file rather than a screenshot or a photo sent through a messaging app.
What happens if my image quality is too low?
The preview warns you when a photo is small for the size you picked. We also check every image before printing and contact you if it will not print well.
How is the artwork displayed?
Your photo is printed on a frameless HD aluminum panel with a glossy finish that makes colours vivid and deep.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Add up to 200 characters in the gift message box and we include it on a card with your order.
Do you ship outside Quebec?
Yes. Shipping is free across Canada and worldwide. See our shipping policy for delivery times.
