Our 1-Year Warranty
Every ZEYRO metal print is checked before it ships. If a manufacturing defect appears within one year of delivery, we will make it right.
What is covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in ZEYRO metal prints and custom photo prints for 1 year from the date of delivery, under normal indoor use and following our care instructions. This includes:
- Peeling, bubbling or lifting of the coating or print layer
- Printing defects caused by our production process
- Warping of the panel under normal indoor conditions
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, dents, impacts or scratches after delivery
- Damage caused by abrasive cleaning products, solvents or improper handling
- Indoor products used outdoors, or exposed to direct heat sources or water
- Normal aging, including gradual changes from long exposure to strong direct sunlight
- Low image quality caused by the resolution of a photo you uploaded, or a crop you approved in the preview
- Products that have been modified, cut, drilled or repaired by someone other than ZEYRO
Items damaged in transit, misprinted or wrong at delivery are handled under our Return & Refund Policy: contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to make a claim
- Email Contact@zeyro.store or message us on WhatsApp.
- Include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the front, the back and the defect.
- We review every claim and reply with the next steps. We may ask you to return the item; if so, we cover the return shipping.
Available remedy
If your claim is approved, we will replace the print with the same design and size at no cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund of the price paid for that item.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including those of Quebec, and does not limit them.
